Payment Options: We proudly accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, personal checks, and money orders.  We apologize for any inconvenience but at this time we do not accept CODs. Corporate billing is available upon credit approval.

Sales Tax: NC residents and orders shipped within North Carolina add 7.75% sales tax.

Our Commitment to Quality: Every NCGiftBaskets product is created with exceptional style and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund.

Pricing, Availability & Errors: Although the information on this web site has been checked for accuracy; occasionally errors and omissions occur and are subject to correction. If this should occur and affect a specific order, you will be notified by a customer service representative regarding the details and the item. In pricing our baskets, all enhancements such as hand-tied bows are included. We keep hundreds of ribbons on hand for all ocassions and holidays; they are made of the very best materials. Our baskets also include floral accessories and theme decorations.  

Custom & Special Orders: Many of our products are custom made to order at the time of purchase. In these cases we ask that you submit any changes to your order as soon as possible.  All orders are shipped within one to two days after receipt of the order, unless you have specified a ship date.

Holidays: During heavy holiday periods, we ship all packages as soon as possible unless otherwise requested. We suggest you allow more time than usual for shipping during the busy holiday season from Thanksgiving to New Year’s.

Cancellations: For cancellations, you will be given a cancellation number. Any cancellations after the order is in production may not be accepted.

Return Policy: Every NCGiftBaskets.com product is specially selected and designed for each client. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, due to shipping damage or defective merchandise, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. In this event, we ask that you contact us prior to returning any product by calling us at 866-NCGift1 (866-624-4381).

How We Deliver:   We ship from Lewisville, NC via UPS Ground throughout the lower 48 United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We can personally deliver your gift baskets within the Winston-Salem area through our courier service.

Here at NCGiftBaskets.com, we strive to provide the best service and value. We have been offering free delivery on all local Winston-Salem area orders; however, in our attempt to keep costs down on products in spite of rising costs, it has become necessary to begin charging a nominal $5.00 delivery fee per delivery address for gifts under $50.00. We will continue free local delivery in the Winston-Salem area for orders of $50.00 or more per delivery address.  For fresh floral arrangements, delivery fee is $10.00.  We appreciate your patience while we grow and look forward to filling all your gift-giving needs!

We also offer bulk corporate delivery services to extended areas (usually within 100 miles). Please call for more information.

UPS doesn’t guarantee deliveries on packages from 12/1 thru 12/31. According to the UPS website: “Refunds or credits will not be issued for UPS Ground and UPS Standard to Canada shipments picked up or scheduled to be delivered on Dec. 1 through Dec. 31.”

Address errors: We regret that we cannot be responsible for or guarantee shipments when we receive an incorrect or incomplete address. Please check the accuracy of your addresses before placing an order.

Standard Ground: Delivery of in stock items normally takes 2 to 7 business days from receipt of order, depending on the recipient’s location. Shipping & Handling charges are listed below in the table below. Packages sent to P.O. boxes will be sent via Priority Mail (USPS) Delivery.

Rush Delivery: In-stock items can be delivered next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day delivery. Surcharges will apply in these cases and will be in addition to our regular charges listed in the table below.  In order to process orders for express delivery, the order must be received before 1:00PM (E.S.T).  Orders received on Friday for overnight will be delivered on Monday and orders received on Saturday for overnight delivery will be received on Tuesday.  Weekend delivery is also available in some areas for an additional charge.
